Scadenza per la presentazione delle proposte: 3 Maggio 2007 alle ore 17.00 ora locale di Bruxelles.

 

Sono stati pubblicati due inviti a presentare proposte rispettivamente relativi a:


* ENERGY RTD - Per attività di ricerca con prospettiva nel lungo termine allo scopo di accelerare lo sviluppo tecnologico. Codice identificativo dell'invito: FP7-ENERGY-2007-1-RTD- BILANCIO: il bilancio indicativo a disposizione per il presente invito è di 109.3 M€.


* ENERGY TREN -Per attività di ricerca con prospettiva di un termine più breve e in particolare per attività di dimostrazione (che includono comunque la componente della ricerca) con il fine principale di ridurre il tempo di immissione sul mercato per le tecnologie e i sistemi promettenti - Codice identificativo dell'invito: FP7-ENERGY-2007-2-TREN - BILANCIO: il bilancio indicativo a disposizione per il presente invito è di 128 M€.

 

STRUMENTI
Per entrambe i bandi di volta in volta accanto al tema aperto viene indicato lo strumento con il quale implementarlo, sinteticamente gli strumenti disponibili sono:


* PROGETTI COLLABORATIVI - Possono essere di due tipi: progetti mirati di dimensioni ridotte e medie per i quali il contributo comunitario richiesto non può eccedere i 4 milioni di euro (attenzione: i progetti che non rispetteranno tale importo non saranno valutati), progetti mirati di grandi dimensioni che dovranno richiedere un contributo comunitario superiore ai 4 milioni di euro. Sono progetti volti a generare nuova conoscenza, nuove tecnologie o nuovi prodotti al fine di migliorare la competitività europea. Possono essere realizzate anche attività dimostrative e risorse comuni per la ricerca e altre attività direttamente collegate al progetto (disseminazione dei risultati, formazione dei ricercatori, dibattiti etc.). Generalmente i progetti avranno una durata compresa fra i 24 e 60 mesi. Il partenariato deve essere costituito da un minimo di tre persone giuridiche pubbliche/private con sede negli Stati Membri dell'Unione Europea o Paesi Associati.


* PROGETTI COLLABORATIVI PER AZIONI DI COOPERAZIONE INTERNAZIONALE SPECIFICHE (SICA) - Il partenariato deve consistere di almeno 4 persone giuridiche di cui due devino avere sede in due differenti stati membri della UE o Paesi Associati e gli altri due in differenti paesi partner INCO. (Tale strumento non risulta aperto nel presente bando)


* AZIONI DI COORDINAMENTO E SOSTEGNO Tipologia di "coordinamento" - Azioni di coordinamento o di rete volte a coordinare la ricerca o le politiche di ricerca. Il partenariato deve comprendere almeno 3 persone giuridiche indipendenti di differenti Stati Membri della UE o dei Paesi Associati alla UE (non si può avere più di un partner di uno stesso stato).Tipicamente un progetto dura dai due ai quattro anni e può consistere nella organizzazione di eventi - conferenze, workshops, incontri, seminari - studi, scambi di personale, disseminazione di buone pratiche etc.


* AZIONI DI COORDINAMENTO E SOSTEGNO Tipologia di supporto - Contribuiscono all'implementazione dei Programmi Quadro e alla preparazione della ricerca comunitaria futura, politiche di sviluppo tecnologico, sviluppo di sinergie con altre politiche, stimolare e incoraggiare la partecipazione delle SMEs. Devono essere proposte da almeno una persona giuridica.

 

CONTRIBUTO COMUNITARIO - Per le università, enti pubblici no-profit, organismi di ricerca e piccole e medie imprese i costi eligibili saranno cofinanziati nelle seguenti proporzioni: attività di ricerca e sviluppo tecnologico: 75%; attività dimostrative: 50%; attività di gestione: 100%; altre attività: 100%.  Il CNR, per il calcolo dei costi indiretti (denominati anche overheads oppure spese generali) utilizza il sistema Simplified method : i costi indiretti vanno calcolati nella misura 86,96% del costo del personale di ricerca.(Circolare CNR n. 14/2007 del 17/5/2007 che aggiorna la circolare 28/2006 fino a tale data la percentuale era pari al 87,6% del costo del personale)
