indicativo allocato per il presente invito ammonta a 628 milioni di euro
BANDO B - FP7 -HEALTH
- 2007 - B - L'invito non è ancora uscito. Si prevede che il bando sarà
pubblicato il 4 Maggio 2007 con scadenza
18 Settembre 2007, alle 17.00 ora locale di Bruxelles.
ATTENZIONE: i due bandi contengono tematiche differenti.
La tematica 1 Salute stimola e sostiene le attività di ricerca biomedica di base multidisciplinare. In tale ambito la collaborazione europea è essenziale per sfruttare il potenziale della post genomica e le sue applicazioni nel campo della salute.
Il Tema contribuisce a accrescere la competitività europea nei settori delle biotecnologie e le tecnologie per la salute settori in cui è fondamentale il ruolo svolto dalle Piccole e Medie Imprese e delle industrie farmaceutiche. Sono attesi progressi nello sviluppo di norme e standards per terapie d'avanguardia e contributi alla soluzione di problemi nel campo della salute a livello globale (es. la resistenza antimicrobica, AIDS, malaria, tubercolosi, pandemie emergenti), sviluppo di metodi alternativi alla sperimentazione animale nella ricerca biomedica (c.d The Three R Principle).
La tematica Salute è caratterizzata da forti sinergie e complementarietà con altri temi in particolare con: Tema 2 - Alimentazione, Agricoltura, Pesca e Biotecnologie; Tema 3- Tecnologie per l'informazione e comunicazione; tema 4: Nanoscienze, Nanotecnologie, Materiali e nuove tecniche di produzione; tema 6 Ambiente. L'invito prevede inoltre la possibilità di presentare proposte di azioni orizzontali nell'ambito dell'ottimizzazione dell'assistenza sanitaria ai cittadini europei.
ATTENZIONE: il Workprogramme a pag. 6 specifica esattamente gli ambiti di ricerca sinergici-complementari con le tematiche citate sopra.
CONTRIBUTO COMUNITARIO - Per le università, enti pubblici no-profit, organismi di ricerca e piccole e medie imprese i costi eligibili saranno cofinanziati nelle seguenti proporzioni: attività di ricerca e sviluppo tecnologico: 75%; attività dimostrative: 50%; attività di gestione: 100%; altre attività: 100%. Il CNR, per il calcolo dei costi indiretti (denominati anche overheads oppure spese generali) utilizza il sistema Simplified method : i costi indiretti vanno calcolati nella misura 86,96% del costo del personale di ricerca.(Circolare CNR n. 14/2007 del 17/5/2007 che aggiorna la circolare 28/2006 fino a tale data la percentuale era pari al 87,6% del costo del personale)

MODALITÀ DI VALUTAZIONE - Si sottolinea le proposte dovranno rispettare i seguenti criteri/requisiti pena l'ineligibilità del progetto stesso:
- Per i progetti mirati di medie o piccole dimensioni non potrà essere
richiesto un contributo comunitario superiore ai 3 milioni di euro a meno che
per il tema prescelto il workprogramme dia diversa indicazione
-Per grandi progetti integrati il contributo comunitario richiesto dovrà essere superiore ai 6 milioni di euro ma non dovrà superare i 12 milioni di euro
- Per i progetti mirati di piccole o medie dimensioni dedicati alle Piccole e
Medie Imprese 40% del contributo comunitario richiesto deve essere conferito
alle stesse.
